Collaborate & Share is our new way of reading reality. And its first effect on us was to push us to completely change all of our tools. Going beyond the theories of collective intelligence and shared resources, we have tried to transform “Knowledge & Skills” into many small engines of change to which we have then applied general functionalities such as: finding, sharing, transferring, improving, training (necessary for transfer) and change management (indispensable for their introduction into the receiving organization).

Drawing on our previous experience, we have defined a new methodology (Value Search Strategy) that can provide an original and targeted contribution to any type of project And alongside the standard research facilities, we have positioned a study center, activated new communities and made available a digital platform to support and amplify the work of each individual participant in the project team that, if well organized and properly trained, it is the first and most important element of transformation.

Each team member must be able to: imagine, explore, compare, build, improve and integrate. Both alone and with the other members of the group. That’s why we’ve made all of our tools and structures available to them.
