The Platform
The initial goal of this platform was to enable simple and productive communication between the work team, the Executive Search structure, and the Knowledge Center. However, in order to make everyone’s work more efficient, it had to be transformed into a virtual office.
We built an integrated sharing platform, integrated web conferencing, added service modules, and made available everything that could be needed to simplify daily operations and leave more space for imagination and lateral thinking.
We wanted to keep the client at the center of the entire process, providing for constant feedback on the old and new objectives to be achieved and improved.
As for the organization of work, we preferred to refer to a flat organizational structure, which is decidedly more efficient than a hierarchical one. However, we also introduced extremely “transparent” virtual assistants, in order to distribute the self-control function and encourage participants to operate with the same transparency.
This platform does not have any rigid usage constraints. We provide tools that each group will decide whether and how to use.
A Community section has also been created, free and open to everyone’s contribution, to share experiences and best practices, propose changes, or request further implementations.
