Collaboration for Future
What we offer
In recent years, also due to the needs related to the pandemic, we have had the opportunity to deepen our knowledge of that form of business organization better known as the Adaptive Enterprise.
An adaptive enterprise is nothing more than an organization that can respond quickly and effectively to continuous changes in the market, technology, and customer preferences. It is based on elements such as: a culture of learning, research, and innovation, use of technology, process management, lean management and design thinking.
All these concepts are extremely interesting and effective.
However, when it comes to moving from theory to practice and listing the tools and methods for achieving all this, the reasoning becomes more vague and less operational.
Faced with companies with the urgent need to transform themselves into adaptive enterprises, many are those who can say what to do, but few are those who can explain how to do it and through which tools.
Collaboration for Future
Another way to access skills
to build and develop adaptive enterprises.
From our observatory at Value Search (a headhunting company), we have recently been able to observe that, in addition to the usual requests for managerial profiles, business functions within companies were also starting to request more articulated and flexible skills.
In other words, business functions were beginning to express needs that the adaptive enterprise model could already provide valid answers to.
It was just a matter of taking another small step forward and finding the appropriate tools to facilitate the identification and construction of specific and personalized change paths.
In order to provide more organic and structured responses to companies, we have therefore decided to create a new entity that would exclusively deal with problems of this type. We are able to provide tools and strategies specifically designed to operate in complex situations, even in contexts that are not fully known.
